Jeffrey PlotzkerA former health care program specialist with the Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP) of the New York State Department of Health (DOH), Jeffrey Plotzker was in charge of implementing and supervising all relevant audit initiatives from the Office of the New York State Comptroller, the New York State Office of the Inspector General, and the independent auditing conglomerate KPMG. He also served as a liaison to facilitate improved functionality among all divisions of the OHIP and DOH Audit Services. Before becoming a specialist with the New York State DOH OHIP in 2017, Jeffrey Plotzker served the organization as a health care program associate, completing audit initiatives in partnership with outside agencies such as KPMG and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
Jeffrey Plotzker holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial and mathematical science from the State University of New York at Albany. A fitness enthusiast, outside of the professional sphere he enjoys working out and hiking in the wilderness. He is also a passionate amateur guitar player.
